District intends to award Services of this RFQ/RFP per the contract as follows: a) Construction Services Pursuant to the Contract Documents The Firm selected to perform construction services shall perform the Services of the Contract Documents, including the performance of the following services, without limitation: procurement, installation, construction, commissioning, testing, and training services related to the HVAC unit replacement and HVAC EMS controls upgrades projects.
