Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide the installation/and integration of the latest version of the software below on two workstations. o Access It! Universal.Net o DW Spectrum Client • Provide installation files of Access It! Universal.Net, and DW Spectrum Client. • Provide 3-year Maintenance agreements for both Access It! Universal .Net and DW Spectrum Client that will include the latest version of both software. • Review current setup, database, configuration of Access It! Universal .Net and DW Spectrum Client to ensure best practices are followed. o Work with CAL FIRE to correct any issues that are found. • Provide end user training on any new features of the Access It! Universal .Net and DW Spectrum Client software. • Provide 3-year access control annual inspections. • Provide 3-year service Agreement which includes software maintenance and upgrades on the Access Control software and DW Camera software, copies of the current versions of both software, data base maintenance, and access control and security camera inspections and advise if any issues are found.
