Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFI is to conduct an industry review of government-oriented GASB 87 solutions capable of supporting the City’s varied lease inventory as well as the accounting entries necessary for GASB reporting. It is not the City’s intent to award a contract based on this RFI; however, the City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request additional information, demonstrations or presentations, or to form test or pilot projects. The City’s intent is to implement GASB 87 Lease Accounting and Management Software, which will integrate with the City’s ERP application, PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.35 by Summer 2022 in order to use the solution to prepare Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 Year End GASB reports.
