Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Task A001: (1) The Contractor will provide DSH (with a 24-hour notice) up to two standalone fully functional emergency operational facilities (mobile command centers) at any time for a disaster or emergency that may impact a DSH facility. (2) Maintain a 24/7 disaster activation and notification service for DSH. (3) Incorporate DSH data systems access and security systems for facility. (4) Deliver mobile facility to any of the six DSH sites within 24 hours. (5) Upon conclusion of emergency event, demobilization of facilities. The standalone emergency operational facilities (mobile command centers) will meet the following minimum equipment and hardware requirements: (6) Standalone power source (7) Support for a minimum of twenty (20) fully functional workstations (tables, chairs, phones, power, data, network and voice connections) Each mobile facility will have the capacity to service a minimum of twenty (20) workstations in a single office environment during a disaster or emergency declaration. (8) Multifunction Business Color Printer/Copier/Scanner and supplies (9) Functional conference phone (10) Network Switch (48 Port) (11) Wifi/Hot Spot Connection (12) Two (2) LTE 5G (or better) cradle points (one voice and one data) (13) One (1) As Needed satellite connection (Voice & Data) (14) Contractor technical support staff be available via phone 24/7/365 and on site daily 0700 -1500 during an Activation (15) ADA compliant access ramp (A lift cannot be substituted) Technical staff experienced in emergency situations to support DSH for at least 48 continuous hours upon declaration of disaster/emergency.
