Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide maintenance to a camera security system and support for accompanying system software, specific to Apollo System and Hardware, for the California Department of Food and Agriculture. The security systems requiring maintenance are installed at: 1220 N Street, Sacramento, CA 95814; 2710 Gateway Oaks, Sacramento CA 95832; 2399 Gateway Oaks, Sacramento CA 95832. 1. Monthly maintenance will be completed by the last Friday of every month with inspections that include: a. Server computer testing b. Checking all system devices for proper functionality c. Checking remote camera system to ensure remote access is available at headquarters. 2. Preventative maintenance will be done semi-annually with inspections that include: a. Server computer testing and database maintenance. b. Checking all system devices for proper functionality. c. Testing all system back-up batteries and replacing as needed. d. Clean camera lenses and re-focus as needed. e. Respond to any end user questions/concerns. Software maintenance will be performed as required during normal business hours and will include: 1. Installing new software versions as they become available at no additional charge. 2. Responding to and repairing system problems reported by end users.
