Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking a qualified housing service proposer(s) to enter a contract for the development and delivery of supportive services for people experiencing behavioral health challenges and homelessness or a risk of homelessness. Eligible proposers must be community minded, collaborative and person-centered and have experience providing specialty mental health services. The proposer selected will deliver – in partnership with Solano County Behavioral Health (SCBH) and Coordinated Entry Services – a coordinated system of services which provides outreach, needs assessments, and an immediate response to assist individuals experiencing behavioral health needs with housing and an appropriate level of follow up service.
