Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to search for qualified vendors who can provide Arrest Diversion Services & a Triage Center for Alameda County Health Behavioral Health Department (ACBHD). Through the Arrest Diversion & Triage Center program, law enforcement officers will transport individuals with mental health illnesses and/or substance use disorder (SUD) who would otherwise be arrested to the Arrest Diversion Services & Triage Center, diverting them from jail to engage in mental health and/or substance use services and other essential services in Alameda County. The qualified vendor will offer services to the following individuals engaged in an arrest in Alameda County: • Transitional-age youth (18-25); and • Adults (26+).
