Specifications include, but are not limited to: PROVIDE REMOTE TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICES FOR INBOUND CALLS SUPPORTING AFTER-HOURS INQUIRIES FROM ENROLLEES AND CONNECT THEM TO THE ASSIGNED PHYSICIAN(S) ON ON-CALL DUTY. Provide telephone answering services for inbound calls supporting after-hours requests from hospitals seeking post-stabilization medical authorization for enrollees and connect caller to on-call DHS provider. Abide by the established procedures and the standards set forth, as revised from time to time by MCS Medical Director/Administration, to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. Contractor will be notified of any required changes and will be provided a copy of the revised procedure(s) within 30 days. Contractor will be provided with a copy of the appropriate policy and procedures for 24-hour telephone support services, as well as a detailed list of DHS providers to whom calls should be transferred.
