Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The solution must be able to provide support for 1,100 full user licenses (full time workers) and 2,000 light users (seasonal workers). • Minimum 6 system administrators • Cloud-based platform that integrates with the native Microsoft 365 (M365) API. • Integration with Azure Active Directory for identification of user accounts, groups and resources. • The platform must support the two latest versions of Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers. • Centralized management and reporting console • Integrate with LA County’s Single Sign-On using Microsoft Azure Active Directory. • API integration with 3rd Party solutions (e.g., ITSM ticketing systems) and the ability to export data in CSV format. • Must be highly available (24x7x365) with a minimum of 99.9% uptime. • At the time of bid submission, the vendor must provide a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 2 Report from cloud services stating the application/environment has been tested for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system. • Centralized Administration and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) that includesthe ability to: o Assign privileged admin access to specific individuals and o Grant access to specific console areas/features. • The Identity governance platform must be multitenant and on a single code base. • The vendor must publish its SaaS uptime in real time for public viewing. • The solution should support the ability to create web forms when human interaction is required as a part of a larger business process or event response. • The solution should support the ability to define custom business processes in response to a variety of events and to respond to risk. • The solution must provide an integrated tool for configuration backup and restore.
