Specifications include, but are not limited to:
o Contract Analysts create and manage contracts
o Addition and removal of facilities when needed
o Management view of monitors and assigned service planning areas,
with facility and employee information details using fields or drill-down
capability from a general view of the data to a more specific one.
o Reports (MS Excel format) on contracting agencies, facilities, personnel, permits, licenses, training, etc.
o Maintain personnel information, employment status, current and historical data of guard hires, separations, and transfers
o Maintain and query of guards with active/inactive status
o Ability to transfer data to include facilities and guards information to new contracts upon expiration
