The Little Rock School District shall be named as an additional insured on ISO form CA 20 48 or substitute form providing equivalent coverage and include a waiver of subrogation in favor of the LRSD. Installation Floater– Contractor shall maintain this coverage equal to no less than the value of project installation and materials, supplies, machinery, fixtures, and equipment that will become a permanent part of completed construction project-transit coverage and at jobsite; similar property of others that is in care, custody or control. All requirements for insurance above shall be verified with certificates of insurance listing the LRSD. In addition, the insurance companies must be acceptable to the LRSD and LSRD’s agent. Contractor/Vendor shall, or shall cause the insurers, to notify CLIENT within 30 days of any termination or changes in coverage or insurance carriers; 10 days in the event of non-payment of premium. If Contractor/Vendor breaches any insurance requirement LRSD may terminate its business relationship with effect immediately.
