Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Admissions 1. The system must have the capability for authorized users to review Court-issued Commitment Orders and associated youth admissions data, as defined by the state. 2. The system must have the capability for users to record all required data elements upon admissions of an individual. For example, record the following information: a. Demographics b. Biographics c. Photographs d. Legal Guardian Notification (Contact Information) e. Division of Child and Family Services Custody (i.e. Foster care) f. Court Contacts g. Pending Charges h. Placement History i. Medical / Medication j. Risk Factors k. Education History l. Approved Contacts (e.g. visitors and phone calls) m. Referral Agencies (former and current) n. Referral Services o. Public and Private Insurance (e.g. Medicaid, Blue Cross) p. PASSE Care Coordinator 3. The system must have the capability to record and update individual's profile information. 4. The system must have the capability to accept and retrieve large file uploads. B. Placement 1. The system must have the capability to electronically identify and report bed occupancy for all statecontracted facilities, as defined by the State. 2. The system must have the capability to track and report upon the location of an individual in custody at all times.
