Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall begin cleaning each operation by sweeping floor with a treated dust-mop to remove all dirt, dust, trash, particles, and other debris. The Contractor shall utilize a mildly abrasive pad (or equivalent) to remove all scuff marks, scars, streaks, spills, stains, gum, tar, and other foreign substances. The Contractor shall then wet mop the floor. When wet mopping, the Contractor shall ensure that the floors, walls, baseboards, corners, thresholds, and adjacent surfaces are free of dirt, dust, marks, scars, streaks, spills, stains, gum, tar, and other foreign substances, including those resulting from the cleaning equipment and the splashing of cleaning solution.
