Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The vendor shall pick up recyclable glass waste within the City every two (2) weeks, on the regular scheduled curbside recycling day, for each member of the target population as defined in Section 3.2. 2. The vendor shall follow and operate according to the City’s holiday schedule, unless otherwise approved in advance by the City. 3. The vendor shall take out and pay for any permits required by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, the Pulaski County Regional Solid Waste Management District, or any other governmental authority which may be required. 4. The vendor shall identify all households to be served. 5. The vendor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, insurance, supervision and all other items incidental thereto, and perform all work necessary and specified in the prescribed manner and time. 6. The vendor shall provide the manual source-separated residential curbside glass services listed for the contract period. 7. The vendor shall collect recyclable glass materials and deliver to an approved processing facility.
