Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide interactive (web-based) reports and analytics for each flat file. Users must have the ability to print, download, and export all reports and analytics to Excel. B. Contractor’s portal must provide the following reports and analytics: 1. Risk-Adjusted Data Analysis for Patient Care a. Portal must have trauma specific clinical expertise and analytics, in the form of being able to adjust and control for trauma-specific variables, including but not limited to injury severity score (ISS), patient vitals, injury mechanism, system of injury, and other factors that may influence patient outcomes. In addition, Contractor’s portal must allow users to focus analysis on specific provider(s), time periods, and medical conditions or procedures. b. Portal must use Bayesian algorithms to fully automate hierarchical reliability adjustments and automate risk-adjustment. c. Contractor shall run data through scientifically and clinically validated (e.g., peer-reviewed manuscripts and published reports such as Clinical Practice Management Guidelines) statistical models that explicitly evaluate all key performance indicators including but not limited to: i. Complications 1. Wound Occurrences SSI (superficial Surgical Site Infection), Deep SSI, Organ/Space SSI, Wound Disruption.
