A. Site Development – Perform all required site grading for the waterslide, mechanical building and surrounding improvements. Provide and install perimeter fencing. B. Concrete and Structural Work – Provide concrete foundation work for slide tower and waterslide supports, concrete surge tank construction, required reinforced concrete associated with site and area development. Coordinate anchor bolts placement and templates with manufacturer and slide installer. C. Mechanical and Aquatic Systems – Provide/install aquatic plumbing to include suction/return piping, valves fittings, etc. D. Electrical – Provide all electrical work, conduits wiring, bonding, grounding and connections for complete operation of systems. E. Coordination with slide installer for final slide tie-ins and testing. F. Mechanical Building – Construct new mechanical building to house pumps filters, systems and electrical. Coordinate with aquatic equipment supplier and slide installer. G. Inspection/Testing – Coordinate, schedule and document inspection reports to City of Fort Smith and American Resort Managemen
