Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The vendor shall ensure that the following services are provided to the City: 1. Social Security Number (SSN) verification and validation 2. Name and Address trace 3. Criminal Records Search, Criminal History check; a. A check for seven (7) years including appropriate County, State and Federal bureaus. b. Any violent criminal record should be provided, regardless of time of occurrence. c. County records checks, as well as Federal and State Court Record checks must be available. 4. Sex Offender Registry Check 5. Current Residence and, for criminal history, Previous Residences for up to seven (7) years prior. 6. Driving Record, lifetime for criminal history and DUI/DWAI charges and convictions, including out of state. 7. Driving Record, for moving violations, up to seven (7) year history. 8. Motor Vehicle License(s), validity of currently-held. 9. Risk Management, scan for inconsistences in person/customer’s history to help identify potential fraudulent or misrepresented information. 10. Employment Verification, current and two previous employments as applicable, up to seven (7) years history. 11. Credit Information, up to seven (7) years history. 12. Public Records, relating to financial history. 13. OFAC Compliance 14. Additional follow-up or periodic screening services may be requested in any area specified above, or in additional areas, on a case-by-case basis, including the handling of State-specific forms. B. The vendor shall be able to provide the results of items 1-8 above on an average of 48 hour turn-around (excluding nationally-recognized holidays). a. The City shall be able to designate multiple authorized users, with documentation provided by the City to authorize access. C. The vendor shall provide the City an option of bundled pricing. D.
