Specifications include, but are not limited to: DIMENSIONS: Two pads, each measuring 156' x 240' (twelve courts). SUB BASE: There will be no sub base work as the cap system will go on top of existing asphalt tennis courts. BASE: 1. Form up slab and bring to final grade with four (4) inches of screenings. Screenings also act as a moisture barrier. Screenings will be laser graded to final grade. 2. Place two (2) layers of six (6) mil visqueen on top of sand and tape seams. Visqueen will be clear no black. Black visqueen absorbs a lot of heat in the summer time which could have an adverse effect on the concrete. 3. Place one-half (½) inch seven (7) strand post tension cables on three (3) foot centers in short direction and two (2) foot six (6) inch centers in long direction. Two (2) inch plastic chairs at all cable intersections. 4. Reset net post sleeves for net posts and center anchors for center straps. If rock is encountered while drilling for net posts. owner will pay cost or drilling.
