Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix requires a Contractor to furnish, install, replace, and remove zoning and general hearing signs, on an as-needed basis for the Planning and Development Department and Historic Preservation Offices, for a five-year term starting on or about September 1, 2019. Signs shall be clearly legible and placed at a prominent location on the site, generally adjacent to the public right-of-way. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to erect the sign for structural quality while on the subject property until final disposition of the case. It shall also be the responsibility of the contractor, (if requested by a PDD representative) to remove the sign after final disposition of the case and to recycle resources into the manufacture of new signs if possible.
