Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supplies, transportation, and materials necessary for the delivery, installation, removal, and pick-up of all rental equipment at various City work sites. 3.2.2 The Contactor’s employee(s) shall check in and out with the designated City staff when arriving and leaving the work site(s). 3.2.3 Deliver rental equipment to any City location identified on the purchase order. Delivery(ies) include the unloading of the rental equipment. 3.2.4 Install rental equipment as required by the City, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and specifications. 3.2.4.1 Perform asphalt milling services as required by the City. 3.2.4.2 The Contractor may charge an hourly standby rate, if the City requires the Contractor’s employee(s) to standby during the delivery of the rental equipment. 3.2.5 Clean/remove any dirt or debris directly produced by the installation or removal of the rental equipment to ensure a clean work site. See Section III-Special Terms and Conditions, paragraph 20, CLEANING.
