Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide screening services for all clients referred to the Contractor by the Court. Screening services shall consist of the following: Scheduling of appointments for all persons referred by Court. Formal alcohol screening and other behavioral screening as directed by the Court, evaluation of screening results, and prescription of treatment/education as needed. Written and, if possible, verbal notification to all clients who fail to schedule the screening evaluation within two (2) business days from the date on the order to submit to screening. This notification to the client shall be done by the Contractor within ten (10) business days from the date on the order to submit to screening. If a client has failed to complete the screening within thirty (30) days from the date on the order to submit to screening, the Contractor shall electronically notify the Court the next business day. The notification data shall be included in the daily automated data file. Notification to the Court shall include documentation that the Contractor notified or attempted to notify the client that he/she was in violation of a Court order. All telephone and written attempts shall be documented.
