Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolish the entire overhead service entrance, meter socket, and distribution equipment from the east wing of the facility. Coordinate with APS to remove the overhead power drop to the east wing of the building. Retain all existing active branch circuits for reconnection to a new panel. Removal of the overhead feeder will also improve the aesthetic appearance of the front of the facility as well as correct the code violation. Remove all or as much knob and tube wiring as is practical without disturbing/ damaging the facility. Replace with MC cable or EMT conduit and wire as required. Provide a new 60-amp feeder from the existing 200-amp panel in the basement of the west wing to the east wing. This would need to be run outdoors and underneath the porch and back into the basement of the East Wing since the basement does not go all the way through.
