Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. Provide comprehensive psychological consultation and evaluation screening services to residents of the ACPTC or the Hospital when requested by Arizona State Hospital Management Personnel. 3.1.2. Administer patient/resident interviews, reviews of charts and treatment materials, reviews assessment materials (e.g., plethysmograph results, polygraph results), research legal histories, and administer testing (if the evaluator, in their professional judgment, deems the tests necessary). Tests may include but are not limited to the following: 3.1.2.1. English or Spanish - MMPI-2 (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory 2); 3.1.2.2. English - MSI II (Multiphasic Sex Inventory 2); 3.1.2.3. English or Spanish - Intelligence and Intellectual Functioning (Wechsler); 3.1.2.4. Neuropsychological Evaluation (Halstead Reitan; Luria Nebraska); 3.1.2.5. Static 99R; 3.1.2.6. English - Static 2002R; 3.1.2.7. STABLE-2007 Test; 3.1.2.8. Abel Assessment for Sexual Interest; 3.1.2.9. English - Dynamic Risk Factors; 3.1.2.10. Other tests may be included if deemed by the evaluator; and 3.1.2.11. Other tests may be recommended/requested by the hospital/ACPTC. 3.2. Screenings - Non-English Language Evaluations 3.2.1. Interpreter services will be provided by the hospital for Non-English Language Evaluations, including those in Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL). 3.2.2. Service Provisions for Non-English Evaluations are the same as the English Language Evaluations as described above. 3.3. Provide a professional, unbiased, objective opinion in a written report documenting findings for each evaluation within five (5) working days of conducting the interview and completing any testing, unless a longer time frame is necessary to ensure completeness of the written report. Adjustments to the agreed upon time frame must be approved by the ACPTC or Arizona State Hospital Management Personnel. Specific reporting requirements, including due dates, for each assessment will be provided by the Hospital post award. 3.3.1. It is essential that the Contractor adheres to the reporting requirements and deadline, provided by the ACPTC, as the final report(s) may be submitted to the State of Arizona court system.
