Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Occupational Therapist will provide professional assistance in the identification, evaluation and placement of special needs children as defined by State Statute and IDEA. The individual firm will provide appropriate evaluations for all students referred and compile data into complete reports with timely submission to the school. The Individual/Firm will: a) Participate in conferences with school staff members and parents relative to test findings and their interpretation, b) The caseload will involve travel to all schools within the District. The Parker Unified School District #27 has one high school, one middle school, one preschool and three elementary schools. The District enrollment is approximately 1,907 students. c) Comply with all IDEA regulations and ARS 15-765 to 15-767. The individual/Firm will also provide training, direct Occupational Therapy services, evaluations, consultations and provide Medicaid documentation as directed by the district.
