Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide security/crowd management services for concerts and events that take place at Mesa Arts Center, Mesa Amphitheatre and Mesa Convention Center. Contractor shall demonstrate their firm’s ability to provide the following: Security/crowd management services for a variety of event types and sizes Provide adequate security/crowd management staffing for events up to 8,000 attendees Firm’s personnel attired in uniforms that properly identify firms name; personnel shall be neat and clean in appearance and courteous towards patrons, the public and fellow employees. Firms employees shall complete necessary security, alcohol and customer service training. Firms employees shall be prohibited from drinking alcoholic beverages, using narcotic substances, vaping or smoking in undesignated areas or in view of the public while working. Firms ability to furnish the City of Mesa with copies of all timesheets, and other records that form the basis of billing for services under this agreement, to include the venue, event and services provided.
