Specifications include, but are not limited to: ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES may include, but are not limited to: • Environmental Assessments (Phase I & II in accordance with ASTM and industry standards) • Environmental Compliance Audits • Preparation of compliance plans such as Health and Safety, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Contingency Plans, or Environmental Response Plans in conformance with corresponding regulations • Asbestos evaluations using AHERA certified personnel • Lead evaluations • Surface and sub-surface soils sampling • Surface and subsurface landfill gas investigation and monitoring analysis • Soil probe investigation • Landfill gas monitoring well placement and construction • Groundwater monitoring well placement and construction • Surface or ground water sampling • Underground storage tank investigations and reports which conform to State Assurance Fund requirements for possible reimbursement • Air Monitoring • Supervising environmental cleanups • Laboratory analysis of samples collected • Noise Sampling and Modeling/ Noise Studies and/or review of sampling reports and studies • Technical support for federal/state projects, such as those in conjunction with the US Army Corps of Engineers (Section 404 Permitting), Natural Resources Conservation Service, Environmental Protection Agency, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Arizona Water Protection Fund, Arizona Game and Fish Department • Prepare and/or review environmental documents pertaining to compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, and the National Historic Preservation Act • Provide technical support/design expertise and project management on habitat restoration/mitigation projects
