The consultant will perform or provide the following: 1. Review current Information Technology job classifications, confirm and recommend changes using the consultant’s evaluation system. 2. Conduct a comprehensive compensation survey using not only job titles but duties and responsibilities based upon the classification specifications. 3. Establish appropriate benchmarking standards and conduct salary surveys as needed for similar positions with comparable public and private sector organizations. 4. Conduct a total compensation analysis to provide MCCCD with an accurate assessment of how its compensation plan compares with the selected labor market comparators. The total compensation analysis includes the employer cost for benefits including but not limited to base salary, cash supplements, auto allowance, etc.
