Specifications include, but are not limited to: Community Mobilizers will be responsible for the following activities on an as needed basis: 2.1 Attend 90% of required training sessions, workshops, and regular meetings with the Healthy Start team. 2.2 Assist in actively recruiting eligible women and families into Healthy Start services, following up with families to ascertain any barriers to enrollment, or to offer encouragement to enroll into Healthy Start services, either by phone or in person. 2.3 Participate in community based events representing SPHS. 2.4 Pre-enroll and refer eligible women and families to Healthy Start. 2.5 Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all participant and potential participant information and data. 2.6 Work in Neighborhood Hubs and Satellite Sites 2.7 Prepare for large outreach events. 2.8 Offer suggestions on additional local events and activities that assist in recruiting and promoting Healthy Start services. 2.9 Maintain event calendar documentation, pre-enrollment data, logs, and reports
