Specifications include, but are not limited to: The RFI involves soliciting input regarding the design and construction potentially needed to remodel an approximately 450 square foot portion of the Downtown Library to accommodate the needs and anticipated usage of a third-party vendor to lease the space and operate a small coffee shop/cafe in this location. It is NOT the City's intent to have the vendor prepare any food on-site, but rather to operate a small coffee shop.cafe for the convenience of the employees, visitors, and guests utilizing the building. Given the average of 1,200 daily visitors to the Downtown Library and City Hall across the street in addition to the number of employees, the City believes an on-site cafe will provide an added benefit to those who use the building.
