Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will make available to the Phoenix Fire Department (PFD), all battle dress uniform pants, battle dress uniform jackets, AZ-TF1 short sleeve TShirts, AZ-TF1 long sleeve T-Shirts, AZ-TF1 sweatshirts, AZ-TF1 baseball caps, and AZ-TF1 gear bags by the manufacturer(s) for which the Contractor was awarded. It is critical to the PFD’s business operations, but not mandatory that the business be located within the Maricopa County limits. If the Contractor is not locally within the Maricopa County limits, the Contractor must ensure completed ordered items are delivered to the PFD within thirty (30) days. Failure by the Contractor to ensure timely delivery will be grounds for the PFD to obtain the items from another source and; at the PFD’s option, to require the Contractor to offset the PFD’s costs above what the PFD would have paid the Contractor for the order(s).
