Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will research all suspected facilities with Environmental Data Resources, Inc. software or a similar product, ADEQ Geographic Information System, and ADEQ records. The Contractor will also conduct external file searches including, but not limited to, city directories, fire department hazardous release files, A.R.S. 49-288 letters, etc. The Contractor will regularly meet and work with ADEQ and the AGO during the research and investigation process during regular business hours. Once the Contractors have completed an initial evaluation to identify all PRPs and facilities within a WQARF site area, ADEQ and AGO will determine appropriate steps for further PRP investigation. If during the course of the investigation new PRPs are identified, ADEQ and AGO will meet with the Contractors to determine whether the deliverable should be updated to include new PRPs. Analysis of each PRP will be conducted by ADEQ and AGO based off the facts gathered in the investigation.
