Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Consultant shall select and prioritize the high pedestrian areas/corridors. Develop a methodology on how high pedestrian areas/corridors are chosen working closely with the City to develop the methodology. B. Consultant shall collect, document, and inventory all existing assets, features, landscaping, and existing improvements within the selected high pedestrian areas/corridors. Existing infrastructure may include but not limited to: sidewalks, ramps, power lines and easements, water facilities, r/w restrictions, trees, landscaping and provide an inventory map C. Identity gaps in sidewalk infrastructure within the High-pedestrian areas/corridors and provide an inventory map. D. Provide a Tree and fabricated shade list that provides sufficient information as far as their use E. Develop street sections, concepts and visual exhibits that communicate the proposed design. Develop descriptions, drawings, details and technical specifications that communicate the proposed design F. Develop renderings and layouts of streets, pocket of shade and similar in enough detail that it clearly communicates the desire, character and constructability of the proposed design.
