Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 LOT A:Pre-Employment Candidate Testing – Complete psychological screening tests and clinical interviews of Scottsdale Police Department candidates to determine their suitability for employment. Contractor shall be required to provide approximately 60 tests annually.1.2 LOT B:Non Pre-employment Well-Being Checks (Sworn and Civilian), Military Reintegration, Post Shooting or Use of Force Critical Intervention – Complete a confidential psychological meeting and interview and any required follow-up of law enforcement officers (or civilian personnel for Well-Being Checks), which may include group meetings if requested, to provide critical incident intervention including basic education and coping skills to help the officer(s), or civilian(s), better manage the officer(s) or civilian(s) reactions and needs. A letter must be sent to the City confirming that the appointment was kept. Contractor shall be required to provide approximately 30 meetings and interviews annually.
