On-line Benefits Enrollment System--this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a firm who specializes in online benefits enrollment systems. Northern Arizona Public Employee Benefit Trust (NAPEBT, also known as the Trust) was formed in 1993 to provide a comprehensive and a cost-effective benefits package by combining resources and leveraging the buying power of a group of public employers. Purchasing benefits through NAPEBT has increased the ability to sustain a better benefits package long-term than any of these public employers could provide independently. NAPEBT offers benefits to approximately 3,060 employees and their dependents including 300 retirees. The employers insured through NAPEBT for the purpose of this RFP are: • Coconino County• Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD)• Coconino Accommodation School District • City of Flagstaff • Coconino Community College• Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation AuthorityScope of Work:4.1 The online benefit system shall interface with each employer’s software. The software includes PowerSchool Business Plus (FUSD), SunGard Ellucian (College), SunGard HTE (current County and current City), Tyler Munis (future County), and Harris ERP (future City).
