Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Navajo Nation Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services (DBMHS) is requesting proposals/quotations for food services for residential clients at Navajo Regional Behavioral Health Center (NRBHC). The contractor will: 1. Provide food services food preparation, cooking, serving and clean up for NRBHC’s residential units (adolescents and adults) within the facility/kitchen in Shiprock, NM. 2. Food preparation will be primarily onsite with possibility of preparation off-site dependent on contractor’s facilities and on planned residential events/outings. 3. Food services will include: breakfast, lunch, dinner and x2 snacks daily and could include sack lunches depending on residential schedule of events/outings. 4. Contractor will follow the NRBHC approved menu and schedule 5. Contractor will develop work a monthly schedule with NRBHC Facility Manager for food services. Schedule will include Monday through Friday and weekends. Estimated working hours include 6:00am to 6:00pm. Minimum weekly hours is 40 hours with maximum of seven days a week dependent on needs of the facility. Contractor will be working with regular status personnel to complete food services. 6. Kitchen and cafeteria clean-up will be included as part of food services. 7. Contractor must provide all labor requirements and provide weekly reports to include inventory and production sheets. 8. All Food/Non-Food items and facilities will be provided and made available by Navajo Regional Behavioral Health Center 9. Contractor must follow Food Preparatory Guidelines and follow the food menu for residential food policies and procedures and USDA Food Regulations.
