Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide the City with proposed operating hours on the first business day of each year. The CONTRACTOR will open the Center at least 32 hours per week during the school year and at least 50 hours per week during summer and school breaks. Special community events may be held on weekends, throughout the day and into the evenings. Seasonal hours may be adjusted with mutual agreement of the parties. 2. Will assist the City with trash pick-up around the Premises and clean up after special events and outdoor activities. 3. Shall provide the City with a quarterly calendar of events, activities, and programs expected to be held at the Premises. The CONTRACTOR will have reasonable access to the Center weekdays, weekends, and holidays. 4. Be responsible for the management and operation of the Center.
