2.1 ACTIVITIES IN ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW PROCESSING TIME FRAME: 2.1.1 Contractor shall process to administrative completeness all applications forwarded by the Licensing Specialist that present with discernible substantive deficiencies. 2.1.2 All applicants reporting having completed an intensive practicum for purposes of acquiring certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) shall be referred to the Contractor for processing. 2.1.3 Applicants reporting unresponsive former supervisors shall be referred to the Contractor for processing. 2.1.4 Contractor shall communicate in writing with applicants for purposes of obtaining sufficient documentation to bring the file to administrative completeness to present to the Committee on Behavior Analysts (“Committee”) for substantive review. 2.1.5 Contractor shall draft and issue the application deficiency (incomplete) notice to applicants on Contractor’s caseload. 2.2 ACTIVITIES IN SUBSTANTIVE REVIEW PROCESSING TIME FRAME: 2.2.1 Once administratively complete, Contractor shall draft and issue the application complete notice. 2.2.2 Contractor shall add administratively complete applications to the appropriate meeting agenda, complying with meeting folder release deadlines in the process. 2.3 ACTIVITIES INVOLVING APPLICATIONS INVOLVING A FIRST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUEST (FAIR): 2.3.1 Contractor shall draft all FAIRs within 3 business days following the Committee meeting and shall submit them to the Chair of the Committee on Behavior Analysts for approval; the Contractor shall then issue approved FAIRs. Applicants curing a FAIR shall submit the materials to the Contractor.
