Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Survey, Mapping, and Marking A centerline survey of the trail route performed by a registered land surveyor and AutoCAD drawing maps. Include copies of field notes. Prepare ROW maps suitable for recording. The final deliverable will be an accurately located and flagged trail centerline for a 30-foot wide trail corridor as identified in attachment 1. The deliverable will also include a trail location diagram of the surveyed route, field notes, and a GIS or CAD file of the final surveyed points and lines. Mapping must provide digital data for inclusion in the MSB's Geographical Information System. 2. Existing Conditions A map and brief report of the locations along the re-route that may require cut and fill to meet the grade required for a class 3 dog sledding trail. The report will also identify any other obstacles observed in the field for trail construction, including wetlands. 3. Digital Data Digital data of the trail for inclusion in the Borough's Geographical Information System. The data shall meet MSB Spatial Data Standards and be in shape file format, using Alaska State Plane, Zone 4, NAD 83 projection. Digital copies of all the autocad drawings shall be provided to the borough. Autocad drawings shall be referenced to the NAD 83 Alaska State Plane, Zone 4 and be compatible with AutoCad version 2012-2017. The MSB standard vertical datum is NAVD88. The preferred GIS format is ESRI File Geodatabase instead of shapefiles.
