Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MOA implemented Solution Manager 7.2 as a greenfield implementation in November of 2018. We arecurrently utilizing ChaRM (Change Management), ITSM (Incident Management), Solution Documentation, and various baseline functionalities including user and business partner maintenance, SLAN (Solution LandscapeMaintenance), organization modeling for support team maintenance, and Fiori tools for user interface and system/tool access. OIT’s goal is to continue to take advantage of the other license-free tools and capabilities available in Solution Manager in order to enhance and improve efficiency in maintenance and administration ofour system landscape, our business processes, our change analysis and testing capabilities, and project and process management.
