The University is seeking a Contractor to furnish all necessary resources and services, as required to perform complete
custodial services as specified in, and to be in strict compliance with, this Request for Proposal, its specifications, provisions,
terms, and conditions, including, but not limited to personnel (management, supervision, and labor), equipment, tools,
materials, paper products, cleaning and other janitorial chemicals and supplies.
