Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide all materials, labor and supervision for all necessary work related to: i. Build a wall separating front desk and creating a conference room with door (North to south). ii. Repairing floor and installing new flooring. iii. Changing out lighting fixture(s) to separate conference room from remaining front desk area. iv. Provide electrical outlets to new conference room to include power source in ceiling for future projector. v. Adjust HVAC to provide heat and airflow to both sections of room. b. Provide all materials, labor and supervision for all necessary work related to: i. Move current split door from front desk room interview room lobby entrance. ii. Create cage for top half of split door that can be secured from inside. c. Provide all materials, labor and supervision for all necessary work related to: i. Building the wall to the conference room with door (East to West). ii. Removing built in workstation from newly created front desk space. iii. Reduce front desk counter on employee side. d. Provide all materials, labor and supervision for all necessary work related to: i. Install door with window and a side window in upstairs hallway in the entry of the administrative suite of offices to provide sound barrier and privacy.
