Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Scope: The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to satisfactorily perform the services required by this ITB. Contractor must comply with all applicable Federal and State labor, wage and hour, safety and associated laws which have a bearing on the services provided. (All equipment required to perform this contract must be contractor-owned. Scaffolding may be rented on an as needed basis or seasonal need.) a. Work Areas Included: All common areas, offices that reside officers 06 and above, foyers, door , conference rooms, theater rooms, libraries, elevator cabs, elevator cab interior stainless, elevator doors, janitorial storage closets, door hardware, hallways, entryways, stairwells, conference rooms, briefing rooms, open cubical areas, male and female restrooms, all surfaces of male and female shower stalls, all surfaces of toilets, all surfaces of toilet stalls, all surfaces of urinals and urinal partitions, break room floors, all surfaces of break room counter tops, tables, breakroom sink, as applicable to this Invitation to Bid. This also includes interior windows or partitions and glass doors, exterior pedestrian entry glass doors, exterior entryway glass: and the inside and outside of exterior windows. b. Work Area Excluded: No work is required in elevator pits, mechanical rooms, electrical/switching rooms, and those rooms specifically excluded by the State due to special requirements (e.g.: computer rooms, telephone equipment rooms). c. The contractor. Supplies shall be replenished and restocked on a regular basis. The contractor shall maintain a minimum of two week of supplies in the event of elevated Force Protection Levels limit base access. d. Miscellaneous Supplies: The contractor shall furnish and maintain all restroom supplies such as toilet seat covers, and tissue (2 ply or greater), liquid hand soap, green pumice soap, urinal cakes, toilet bowl blocks (para bowl blocks), paper towels as required by current dispensers, all varieties plastic liners for trash cans, sanitary napkin liners, sanitary napkins in each ladies' restroom and insure that they are kept supplied as necessary, all cost to be borne by the contractor. The State of Alaska shall provide permanent stainless secured dispenser for waste sanitary napkins. The cost of these supplies shall be the responsibility of the contractor. e. Supply and Equipment Storage: When possible, satisfactory lockable storage room(s) will be made available to the contractor for storage of equipment, materials, and supplies used in the performance of the contract. The contractor must keep this area, neat orderly, and odor free at all times. f. Dumpsters/Trash removal from site: Dumpster service provided by the State. Contractor are to place all trash/debris from the facility into the dumpster, except for hazardous material (See General Specification)
