Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Ensuring the project meets the Owner’s goals. 2.Assisting with design review & value engineering. 3.Keeping the project within budget and on schedule. 4.Report to City’s Project Manager on progress, concerns, and needs. 5.Coordinating user requirements with the design team and all contractors. 6.Coordinating and facilitating all needed meetings of oversight groups. 7.Oversight of the design team contract. 8.Oversight of the general contractor contract(s). 9.Provide owner’s representative inspection and daily progress reports. 10.Verify compliance with permitting and other State/Federal agency requirements. 11.Oversight of all project close-out requirements and accounting. 12.Review project redlines and final as-builts for completeness.
