Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The system must be cloud-based and is required to be deployed across the State of Alaska using the internet/data that the DMV currently uses. All servers and equipment must be owned and managed by the vendor, not the DMV or State. • The system must have customization options available for DMV to manage. • Ability to assign skills-based routing, based on the skills of the agent, for example new employees at the DMV may only be trained to assist customers on one product such as a Driver’s License, so they can only assist customers requesting a driver’s license. • Ability for customers to schedule same day appointments or choose a different day. • Ability for office managers to set parameters for the appointments, for example, only allowing 4 appointments an hour at a DMV location. • Ability for customers to check-in via website, phone, or at the DMV office for an appointment. Offices currently use Nemo Q touch screens (ELO brand devices). DMV would like customers to have the ability to enter the check-in from home or phone. DMV intends to reuse any hardware that is currently utilized with NEMO Q to save funds. No equipment needs to be provided; however if equipment options are available the vendor shall provide the available equipment options.
