This is an all-inclusive bid. 13.4 North Exhibition Hall Terrace Repairs – the work on the terrace deck will include; 13.4.1 Cleaning of the patio surface. 13.4.2 Replacement of the caulk joints perpendicular to the building walls. 13.4.3 Replacement of the cove joints along the building wall and perimeter knee wall. 13.4.4 Routing a ¼” X ¼” opening around each installed floor drain and properly installing new sealant. 13.5 Concert Hall Terrace Repairs - the work on the terrace deck will include; 13.5.1 Cleaning of the patio surface. 13.5.2 Replacement of the caulk joints perpendicular to the building walls. 13.5.3 Replacement of the cove joints along the building wall and perimeter knee wall. 13.5.4 Routing a ¼” X ¼” opening around each installed floor drain and properly installing new sealant. 13.5.5 Properly repair the all the spalling surfaces areas per specification and patch with BASF Construction Systems MasterEmaco T 430. A sample repair will be required for approval prior to work being completed. 13.6 Theater Terrace Repairs - the work on the terrace deck will include; 13.6.1 Cleaning of the patio surface. 13.6.2 Replacement of the caulk joints perpendicular to the building walls. 13.6.3 Replacement of the cove joints along the building wall 13.6.4 Replacement of the caulking joint under the knee wall will require the use of a half-backer under the caulk to better facilitate the repairs. 13.6.5 Routing a ¼” X ¼” opening around each installed floor drain and properly installing new sealant. 13.6.6 Properly repair the all the spalling surfaces or the concrete dividers per specification and patch with BASF Construction Systems MasterEmaco T 1061. A sample repair will be required for approval prior to work being completed.
