Specifications include, but are not limited to: The HABD is seeking qualified firms or individuals to facilitate Public Housing and HCY Rent Calculation Training and Certification Testing. Approximately thirty-five (35) employees will be in attendance for training. The training should be completed in two (2) day and conducted in an HABD provided facility. The firms or individual will be required to provide any equipment or resources needed for training: The Rent Calculation course should be designed for those new to calculating rents and for those wanting to refresh their knowledge of income and rent determinations. Participants should Jearn procedures for determining, calculating, and documenting income and rent calculations. The newest guidance and requirements provided by HUD should be addressed. The instructor should also provide participants with a preview of upcoming changes to the rent determination process.
