The bid response must include information about technical support to include methods for contacting and available hours. Included must include a phone number with a 24 hour response time during clinic operating hours of 8 to 5 Central. # Can be used in humid climates. # Includes control microcuvettes, if applicable. Specifications for the hemoglobin analyzer are as follows: # Includes a defined warranty with terms and conditions. The warranty should be two years at a minimum. # Ability to interface (connect) to the two electronic health records used by the department via HL7 messaging or another form of standard messaging . # Ability to provide accurate and rapid results. The ability to provide accurate results in 3 seconds or less is desired but not required. The bid response must include the reading accuracy in micrograms per deciliter and the amount of time required for an accurate reading. # Powered by an AC adapter or AA batteries. Note if the batteries are rechargeable. # Technical support is provided for issues with the hemoglobin analyzers.
