Specifications include, but are not limited to: D Vendor agrees to provide one-full time employee to work in the SEIB office at the MA Vendor’s expense. The fulltime employee should be a Member Service representative whose primary responsibilities are to answer member service calls (consistent with the responsibilities of other member service representatives not on-site), and who will also be available to work with the SEIB management staff and have access to SEIB systems for the purposes of resolving claim and member issues. The employee should have detailed knowledge of the plan benefits and have expertise in timely resolving complex medical and pharmacy claims issues. The employee should also be able to respond to member inquires for members covered by the Local Government Health Insurance Board. This person should be solely dedicated to SEIB/LGHIB. Please confirm and describe how your organization will train this employee to ensure high quality service to the SEIB and its members.
