Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking bids for a vendor who will provide all utilities and all janitorial services in dining area only. All other janitorial services in the food prep and kitchen area must be provided by the vendor. It will be the responsibility of the vendor to maintain clean utensils and equipment at the end of each business day, comply with all applicable federal, state, county and local health and safety regulations, and maintain an acceptable health rating per the Jefferson County Health Department. The City Hall Cafeteria is being operated as a convenience to City of Birmingham personnel and should cater to the needs of City of Birmingham personnel. The successful contractor / vendor must provide a full-service nutritious breakfast and lunch menu as outlined in the Vendor Requirements section. Menu items should be tasty and reasonably priced. This is a great opportunity for a small business operation to flourish in a restaurant setting located in the basement at Birmingham City Hall.
