Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The proposed system must be Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) based. This is an open standard and it is the desire of our organization to utilize a VoIP platform that adheres to industry standards. Since most carriers are moving to SIP delivery, we need our VoIP platform to be ready for the future transition. 2. Premises Servers a. The VoIP server must have a minimum 8GB of memory. b. The VoIP server must have a minimum of 4 64bit CPU cores. c. The VoIP server must have a minimum 200GB of disk storage. 3. Cloud Servers a. The cloud service must not have per user license fees. b. The cloud service must provide automated backups to Citrix (or other 3rd party cloud storage facilities) and client storage facilities. c. Calling rules must have the ability to failover to defined cellular users in the event the customer’s internet connectivity drops. d. The cloud server must only allow traffic between pre-defined IP addresses (IP White Listing).
